Zagat has noticed a trend: the lamb burger is showing up on menus across the country. This is a trend we’ve been hoping would catch on, because we love lamb burgers! In fact, we’re eyeing the lamb confit burger at Racines NY on the Zagat list. It cooks for 12 long hours with olive oil, star anise, bay leaf, and thyme – now that’s tender!

It’s easy to make juicy lamb burgers at home – especially with our ground lamb. It’s also great for lamb meatballs, lamb chili, lamb meatloaf, lamb kofta kebabs, lamb on pita pizza … anything beef can do, lamb can do better. That’s assuming you’re a fan of lamb. We sure are!
