5 New Burger Recipes to Make You Hungry

The burger mania at D’Artagnan is high as National Burger Month continues. Inspired by the theme, we developed some new burger recipes, and can’t wait for you to try them. Perhaps at your Memorial Day grilling party?

We recently added ground lamb to our website, so naturally, we’re using it for burgers! And we’ve adapted that monstrous bacon bomb into cute sliders with big flavor – the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Then we went deep south with a pimento cheeseburger. There’s all kinds of flavors in these burgers.

Bacon Bomb Sliders

You know the recipe – that “internet famous” giant mound o’ meat filled with bacon, wrapped in bacon, and glazed with BBQ sauce. We admit, we see the appeal, but we wanted our rendition to be a little more approachable and a lot more fun. So we made mini versions stuffed with cheddar, wrapped and glazed, then served them up in soft slider buns. They’re the bomb.

Biergarten Burger

This burger brings the best of the biergarten to your table. Pretzel buns, thick cut slab bacon, crispy shallots, grainy mustard, and our juicy Angus beef is smothered in beer cheese sauce. We’d definitely recommend extra napkins with this one.

Grilled Greek-Style Lamb Burgers

Our grilled lamb burgers are packed with flavor from fresh herbs, feta, tomato jam, and a balsamic glaze. So easy to make, they’re a great alternative to basic beef burgers.

Deep South Burger

Fried green tomatoes, homemade pimento cheese, and chow chow mayo add Southern charm to this juicy Angus burger.

Kalbi Ssam Burgers

These veggie-packed Korean-style buffalo burgers are heavy on flavor and light on your waistline. We ditched the buns for fresh lettuce wraps and topped with a sweet and spicy kimchi slaw and a zesty chili mayo.

    You may think you added ground lamb to your website, but according to same, it’s listed as “currently unavailable” – lol!

      It’s back in stock now, Bonnie. We take delivery of fresh products daily, but sometimes a product will go out of stock for a short time. Go ahead and try it – the lamb is very tasty!
