  • Their diet is clean and natural – 100% vegetarian, predominantly pasture grasses, and barley, corn and hay.
  • The cattle never get antibiotics, hormones or steroids. This means they take longer to come to market, but that’s fine with us. The flavor is worth the wait.

The ribeye. Sometimes called the beauty steak. A perfect steak, cut from the rib section. It has a good amount of marbling, a nice bit of fat (hello, flavor!) and the central eye offers smooth, fine-grained texture.
