5. Take a Dip – The Truffles Are Fine

It’s a party, so there will be dip, but why make that sour cream and onion concoction again?  This white bean dip is made with Haricot Tarbais, our very special imported beans, and studded with preserved truffle peelings. Serve with your favorite raw veggies, crackers or toasted baguette.

6. Truffles for a Sweet Tooth

Make something sweet to finish the night: this Black Truffle Ice Cream with Honey Florentines. Adapted from David Lebovitz’s frozen treat bible, The Perfect Scoop: Ice Creams, Sorbets, Granitas, and Sweet Accompaniments, this recipe subtly balances the earthy truffle aroma with bourbon vanilla. It’s a triple truffle recipe with a winter black truffle,  truffle peelings and truffle butter, and is the perfect way to end the night and start the new year.
